What is the scariest movie ever made in your opinion? (in the Unborn Style)?

I want a movie that will scare the s**t out of me and my friends, we
watched a lot of them, here is the list of those we already watched:

Grudge
Ring
Insidious
Shutter Island
the 13th Ghost
the 13th case
the Unborn
Drag me to hell
REC
etc.

I want something really scary.
ghosts and spirits preferred.
